Every field of a fillable PDF in one list
The form filler finds the text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdowns and list boxes in the PDF. They appear as a normal form, grouped by page and labelled with the field name, so you can fill out the PDF from top to bottom without hunting for boxes.
Choose to flatten on save and the answers become part of the page. Nobody can change them afterwards. Flatten PDF does the same for a form you already filled.
When a PDF form has no fields
Some forms are just printed pages saved as PDF, and some use the older XFA format. Neither can be filled here. Type on those with Add Text to PDF or the PDF Editor, which work on any page. Text fields take Latin characters. To add a handwritten signature at the end, use Sign PDF.
