Match page by page
With the matching option, page 1 of the overlay lands on page 1 of the base, page 2 on page 2, and so on. That suits pre-printed forms where answers sit on a separate PDF. For a single picture rather than a full page, add an image to the PDF. For a line of text across each page, use Watermark PDF.
