How to turn multiple PNGs into one PDF
Add every image in one go and they all land in a single PDF, one per page. The order in the list is the page order, so sort them before converting.

Convert PNG to PDF on Windows or Mac without extra software

On a Mac, open the PNG in Preview and choose File > Export as PDF. For several images, select them all in Finder, open them together in Preview and print to PDF from the print dialog.
